More from Kampala

After a long school year our summer in Kampala was a much needed break. The pictures here are from a one day trip to a lovely falls, the rainforest and, best of all, the source of the Nile River, a neat connections to our rime spent in Cairo at the mouth of the river. Grace, the young Ugandan woman with us was our tour guide. The other young man took us around the rain forest.

Here we are in Kampala

Well, visa changes in China prevented us getting new work visas so we cast our line once again out into the international educational world. In late February, Kampala International School Uganda contacted me with a wonderful position in visual art. The following pictures were from our first few weeks getting to know our new community.

Out and about in Chengdu again

After a long subway trip we managed to find the botanical gardens which provided some great backgrounds for pictures. The zoo was a favorite spot we visited several times, some great animals, we loved it!
